In addition to data collected directly from website visitors, Angel Matchup curates, aggregates, and licenses professional business contact databases related to angel investors, venture capitalists, and startup ecosystems.
- Source of Data: Compiled from publicly available professional records, company websites, press releases, social networks, and public regulatory filings (such as SEC Form D).
- Lawful Basis: We process and maintain professional investor contact data based on our Legitimate Interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) to facilitate networking, research, and business opportunities within the startup community.
- Right to Object / Opt-Out: Any individual whose professional information appears in our databases has the absolute right to object to processing, request data removal, or opt out at any time by contacting admin@angelmatchup.com. Upon receiving such a request, we will promptly suppress and permanently delete their record from our active databases and distribution lists.
