Angel Matchup (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to transparency, fairness, and compliance with applicable consumer protection and payment processing standards. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be requested and how disputes are handled, including those initiated through PayPal or other third-party payment processors.
By purchasing from Angel Matchup, you (“Client,” “you”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
1. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Angel Matchup provides a one-time purchase digital product, specifically an angel investors database (“Product”).
There are no subscriptions, renewals, or recurring charges associated with the Product.
Once delivered, the Client may use the Product without time limitations.
2. PRICING AND PAYMENT PROCESSING
- All prices are clearly disclosed prior to purchase.
- Payment is made via secure third-party payment processors, including PayPal.
- Angel Matchup does not collect, store, or process personal or credit card information.
- Payment disputes are subject to the policies of the relevant payment processor in addition to this Policy.
3. REFUND POLICY
3.1 Refund Window
Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase.
3.2 Eligible Refund Circumstances
Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:
- Verified technical failures caused by the Company that materially prevented access to the Product.
- Billing errors directly attributable to the Company.
3.3 Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
- Dissatisfaction with database content or perceived value.
- Failure to achieve fundraising, financial, or business outcomes.
- Failure to review a free sample prior to purchase.
- Requests submitted after the 7-day refund window.
4. PAYPAL & PAYMENT DISPUTE POLICY
To ensure fair resolution and prevent unnecessary disputes:
- Clients agree to contact Angel Matchup first at admin@angelmatchup.com to resolve refund-related concerns before initiating a PayPal chargeback or dispute.
- The Company maintains delivery confirmation, access logs, and correspondence records, which may be submitted to PayPal or other payment processors in the event of a dispute.
- Initiating a PayPal dispute without first contacting the Company may result in denial of the dispute if delivery and access can be verified.
- Fraudulent or bad-faith disputes may result in permanent restriction of access to Angel Matchup products and services.
This Policy is designed to align with PayPal’s Buyer Protection standards and applicable digital goods regulations.
5. FREE SAMPLE AVAILABILITY
Angel Matchup may provide a free sample of the database upon request to allow prospective Clients to evaluate the nature and format of the Product prior to purchase.
Clients are strongly encouraged to review the sample before completing payment, as this Product is delivered digitally and irrevocably.
6. PERSONAL DATA & PRIVACY
Angel Matchup:
- Does not collect, store, or sell personal data
- Does not store payment credentials
- Complies with applicable privacy and data protection standards through third-party payment processors
For payment-related data handling, Clients should refer to the privacy policies of PayPal or the relevant processor.
7. COPYRIGHT AND OWNERSHIP
Upon delivery of the Product, the Company transfers and assigns all copyrights in the digital Product to the Client.
The Company retains the right to enforce this Policy and protect its business operations against misuse or fraud.
8. WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Product is provided “as is” and “as available.”
The Company:
- Makes no express or implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.
- Does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any specific business outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Angel Matchup shall not be liable for:
- Financial losses
- Lost profits
- Business interruptions
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
9. NO GUARANTEES OR FINANCIAL PROMISES
Angel Matchup does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice.
No guarantees are made regarding funding success, investor engagement, or financial results.
All decisions made using the Product are the sole responsibility of the Client.
10. FORCE MAJEURE
The Company shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, acts of terrorism, government actions, or infrastructure failures.
11. RELEASE & REASONABLE EXPECTATIONS
By purchasing, the Client acknowledges that:
- Results vary between users.
- The Product is intended for a broad audience.
- No outcome is promised or implied.
12. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Refund Policy constitutes the entire agreement between the Client and Angel Matchup regarding refunds and dispute resolution and supersedes all prior communications.
13. TRANSFER
This Agreement may not be assigned or transferred without prior written consent from both parties.
