2. PERMITTED LICENSE & COMMERCIAL USE (DATABASES)
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment for applicable products, Angel Matchup grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use purchased databases strictly for your own startup’s internal fundraising, research, and relationship-building efforts.
- Prohibited Redistribution: You may not resell, sublicense, publish, scrape, or publicly redistribute the database or its individual records to any third party.
3. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY (AUP) FOR OUTREACH
You agree that you will not use any data obtained from Angel Matchup to conduct automated, untargeted, or bulk mass-email spam campaigns (in violation of laws like CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or equivalent regulations). Data must be used for responsible, targeted, and personalized professional communication.
- Enforcement: Angel Matchup reserves the right to immediately terminate access or ban users found engaging in abusive or spammatic outreach practices without a refund.
4. DATA ACCURACY DISCLAIMER
Angel Matchup curates data from public, regulatory (e.g., Form D), and professional sources. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that every email address, phone number, or professional title will remain current, active, or responsive. We are not liable for bounced emails, undelivered pitches, or lack of response from investors.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, branding, database structures, designs, and materials are owned by Angel Matchup. Unauthorized copying, scraping, or commercial exploitation outside the scope of your purchased license is strictly prohibited.
