ORDEN | Cross-Border Real Estate Infrastructure Platform

ORDEN

ORDEN is a cross-border real estate infrastructure platform designed to connect agents, agencies, developers, and clients across international markets. Today, global real estate demand exists, but the industry still operates through fragmented local networks. We’re solving this by enabling professionals to generate international clients, collaborate across countries, share listings, and access new markets without physical expansion. At the same time, we’re creating a more transparent and structured experience for B2C clients searching for trusted opportunities internationally. We’re starting with highly international markets like Dubai and the US, building a scalable ecosystem around network effects, subscriptions, and promotion tools for B2B, and worldwide for B2C. As we reach critical mass in the B2B segment, we plan to expand into related service markets by adding professionals who specialize in banking support, visa processing, business consulting, relocation assistance, and other infrastructure services for foreign residents.

PropTech MVP (Pre-Seed)

Competitive advantage / usp – What is the one thing your product/service does better than anything else?

ORDEN enables real estate professionals to generate international business and collaborate across markets without physical expansion. Unlike traditional local portals, we are building infrastructure for cross-border real estate activity — combining global networking, lead generation, listings, and future relocation-related services inside one scalable ecosystem.

What is the problem you are trying to solve, and how do you know it’s actually a problem?

Real estate demand is already global, but the industry still operates through fragmented local networks. Agents and agencies struggle to generate international business without physical expansion, while clients face low transparency and trust issues when searching for property abroad. We know this is a real problem through more than 3 years of market research, direct industry experience, and ongoing conversations with agents, agencies, and developers across the US, UAE, and Europe who consistently highlight the lack of structured cross-border infrastructure.

Demographics – Who is your target customer?
Our primary target customers are real estate agents, agencies, and developers operating in internationally active markets such as Dubai and the US. We specifically focus on professionals looking to attract international clients, expand cross-border deal flow, and grow beyond their domestic market without opening physical offices abroad. On the B2C side, we target internationally mobile clients searching for trusted and structured access to overseas real estate opportunities.

Revenue model – How do you actually make/plan to make money?
Our initial monetization model is based on recurring subscriptions for agents, agencies, and developers, along with paid promotion tools for listings and professional visibility inside the platform. As the ecosystem grows, we plan to expand monetization through additional lead generation systems, contextual advertising, premium cross-border services, and eventually infrastructure for facilitating international transactions directly within the platform.

How big is the total addressable market, and what percentage do you realistically aim to capture in 5 years?

According to forecasts, the global PropTech market is expected to exceed $100 billion in the next few years, with cross-border real estate emerging as one of the fastest-growing segments, driven by international mobility and investment demand. According to projections from the preliminary financial model, which focuses on only two monetization systems and two markets, we will generate $72.1 million in revenue by 2030, which provides an estimate of the market’s potential size. In the initial phase, we will focus on highly internationalized markets such as Dubai and the US. Over the next five years, we intend to establish a significant presence among real estate professionals and related markets operating on a global scale, and to create a scalable international ecosystem with strong network effects, covering key and major markets.
