What is the problem you are trying to solve, and how do you know it’s actually a problem?
Many growing businesses and production-based companies struggle with fragmented operations, poor workflow management, disconnected communication, and lack of centralized execution systems. At the same time, corporate clients also face challenges in managing reliable IT infrastructure, cloud backup, security, and technical execution through multiple vendors. We identified this problem directly through real client interactions, operational projects, and enterprise service execution. Our experience handling corporate requirements, purchase orders, and recurring support services showed a strong demand for an integrated, execution-focused technology ecosystem combining CRM automation, enterprise IT solutions, and scalable operational support.

Our target customers are SMEs, production houses, marketing agencies, enterprise businesses, retail brands, and growing companies that require CRM automation, enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, operational workflow management, and scalable business support services.

Revenue model – How do you actually make/plan to make money?
Our revenue model is based on three core business verticals:
Recurring subscription revenue through OIX CRM (monthly and yearly SaaS plans).
Enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud, backup, security, and hardware solutions for corporate clients.
Project-based execution and managed technology services including remote IT support, implementation, and operational solutions.
The business is designed with a combination of recurring revenue, enterprise contracts, and project execution opportunities to create scalable and sustainable growth.
How big is the total addressable market, and what percentage do you realistically aim to capture in 5 years?
The total addressable market includes the rapidly growing SaaS CRM industry, enterprise IT infrastructure services, cloud backup & security solutions, and managed business technology services across SMEs, production companies, agencies, and corporate enterprises in India. With increasing digital transformation and operational automation demand, the market opportunity is significantly scalable across multiple sectors. Over the next 5 years, our goal is to establish a strong recurring revenue ecosystem and realistically capture a focused share of the SME and enterprise technology solutions market through SaaS subscriptions, enterprise contracts, and execution-driven services.
