What is the problem you are trying to solve, and how do you know it’s actually a problem?
Celebrations are fragmented across 4-6 apps — video on Zoom, gifts on Amazon, payments on UPI, memories scattered across WhatsApp. Gifting intent gets lost because the emotion of the moment passes before the transaction happens. We know it’s real because we ran a pilot: 370K users, 1,000+ celebrations per month, $109K GMV at 24% margin, 40% gifting conversion during live celebrations. Users celebrated for 60-90 minutes on average — 3x longer than we expected.
