Uniphore Raises $260 Million in Series F Funding Led by NVIDIA and AMD

October 23, 2025 — Enterprise AI firm Uniphore has secured $260 million in a Series F funding round, marking another major milestone for the Chennai-origin and Silicon Valley–headquartered company. The round saw participation from NVIDIA, AMD, Snowflake, and Databricks, alongside existing investors NEA and March Capital, and several new sovereign and institutional funds including BNF Capital, National Grid Partners, and Prosperity7 Ventures. Despite the substantial capital infusion, Uniphore’s valuation remains at $2.5 billion, unchanged from its previous round in early 2022, when it raised $400 million.

Accelerating Enterprise AI Innovation

Uniphore plans to channel the new funding into expanding its Business AI Cloud — a unified enterprise platform that integrates data, knowledge, AI models, and intelligent agents. The company said the capital will be used to accelerate product innovation, enhance platform capabilities, and deepen partnerships with global technology players. The Business AI Cloud enables enterprises to deploy composable, secure AI solutions that automate operations across customer service, HR, and supply chain workflows. By integrating conversational AI, workflow automation, and data intelligence, Uniphore helps organizations scale AI deployment while maintaining governance and data sovereignty. CEO and co-founder Umesh Sachdev said the latest investment reflects both strategic and financial alignment. “We are joined by some of the world’s most influential technology companies. This validates Uniphore’s leadership in Business AI and enables us to accelerate innovation for our global customers,” he said.

Expanding Global Footprint and Acquisitions

The company intends to expand operations across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, reinforcing its position as a global AI platform. Uniphore has also been actively acquiring companies to strengthen its automation and data capabilities. Earlier this year, it acquired Orby AI and Autonom8, both of which specialize in agentic and workflow automation. In late 2024, it acquired ActionIQ and Infoworks, adding advanced data and customer intelligence functionality to its ecosystem. These acquisitions are expected to further enhance Uniphore’s ability to integrate automation with real-time data orchestration — a key differentiator in the rapidly maturing enterprise AI market.

A Growing Global Customer Base

Uniphore currently serves more than 2,000 enterprises worldwide, including multiple Fortune 500 companies. Its customers span sectors such as technology, finance, retail, and media. Notable global clients include KPMG, Dell, The Washington Post, Bloomberg Media, Atlassian, and Skechers. The company claims its AI solutions deliver tangible results — such as a 31% increase in customer self-service rates and more than 500 hours saved monthly in support operations. Uniphore’s subscription-based business model, combined with tailored deployment and integration services, has driven strong enterprise adoption across regions.

Stable Valuation and Strategic Alignment

While Uniphore’s valuation has not risen since its last round, analysts note that the steady figure reflects a deliberate focus on strategic growth rather than short-term market optics. In a climate where AI valuations are volatile, maintaining a consistent valuation allows the company to minimize dilution and focus on long-term execution. The participation of major AI infrastructure and data companies like NVIDIA, AMD, and Databricks also signals that Uniphore is becoming a strategic player in the enterprise AI ecosystem — not merely a software vendor. The collaboration is expected to lead to deeper integrations between Uniphore’s Business AI Cloud and the data and hardware platforms of its investors.

Challenges and Market Landscape

Despite its momentum, Uniphore faces stiff competition from other enterprise AI and conversational automation companies such as Kore.ai, Observe.AI, and Cognigy. The firm’s success will depend on its ability to scale operations globally, integrate multiple acquisitions seamlessly, and sustain innovation in an increasingly crowded market. There are also broader challenges in enterprise AI adoption — from data privacy and regulatory compliance to the complexity of integrating AI into legacy systems. Uniphore’s emphasis on composable, sovereign AI architectures could, however, help it stand out as organizations prioritize security and governance in AI deployments.

With its Series F funding secured, Uniphore is entering a new phase focused on scaling its agentic enterprise vision — enabling organizations to deploy intelligent agents that automate decision-making and operations across departments. The company aims to leverage its partnerships with leading AI infrastructure providers to deliver more efficient, secure, and scalable enterprise AI systems. Its roadmap includes expanding model orchestration capabilities, enhancing multilingual support, and introducing verticalized AI solutions for industries such as banking, insurance, and telecommunications. As enterprises move from experimentation to large-scale AI implementation, Uniphore’s integrated approach to data, knowledge, and automation positions it at the forefront of the next wave of enterprise AI transformation.
